Photos are captured via personalized upload links that are sent directly from the administration system - by e-mail, text message or letter with a QR code. The employee receives an individual link and can upload the photo within two minutes using their own mobile device. No app needs to be installed and no user account is required. Photo Collect therefore offers an extremely low barrier to entry for users of all ages. However, there are also other ways to obtain photos of employees with Photo Collect.
AI-based image processing for professional results
Photo Collect uses a powerful AI to automatically check and process the uploaded images. The software automatically recognizes faces, removes unsuitable backgrounds, crops the photo according to predefined requirements and centers the face. In addition, quality controls can be individually configured - including automatic re-requests for unusable images. This gives companies uniform, high-quality portraits - without any manual post-processing.

The finished photos are available for export as a ZIP file, via sFTP or via an API interface. This allows Photo Collect to be seamlessly integrated into existing HR systems, ID card printing solutions or identity management platforms.
